School Fees Policy
Next year (2020) school fees are;

1. Installment Payment
Installment payments are paid in three installments at the beginning of terms, 1, 2 & 3; there should be no school fees due at the beginning of term 4.

Students may be refused admission into the college in any new term or to go for On the Job Training unless the fees for the previous term have been paid in full. All fees for the whole year should be paid in full by the start of the term 3. students who have outstanding college fees will not be allowed to sit for the exam or attend Job Training and will not receive any certificate from the college. Penalty will apply for late payments.
3. School Fees Refund
- Students who withdraw from the College will be charged full fees through out the end of the semester in which they withdraw. Students who withdraw in Term 4 are not eligible for refund. Money spent on the Student’s welfare, usage of textbooks and tools will also be deducted from the refunded school fees.
- A Student is not considered to have withdrawn until the college has been officially notified in writing.
- Students who take extended holidays during the school year or are suspended for non– payment of fees, will not receive a rebate for the time that they have missed school.
- Over payment by companies will be refunded back to the company concerned.
- New Students in the first year who withdraw in the first two weeks of classes, K500.00 will be deducted (after checking the bank statement) from their refunded fees. If they withdraw in the third week of classes , K700.00 will be deducted for the term one of classes.
- School fees refund will not be given to the student, but will be given only to the parents or guardians concerned.
- Fees will not be refunded if the student is terminated for the follwing reasons:

Smoking in the college or smoking with the uniform on outside the college

Involved in bullying, chewing buai (betelnut) and taking part or instigating cult practice

School Fee Payment Methods
All school fee payment must be done through the school bank account at the Westpac Bank - Waigani Branch. School fee deposit slips are available at the school admin office. The school has an EFTPOS Machine at the school office, for those parents or guardians who own ATM Card and would like to pay for their child’s school fees. The School bank (Westpac) does not charge extra fees to non -Westpac card holders, when using the school eftpos machine.
