Grade 9 and 10 Intakes

1. Non school leavers need to provide the following:

• Original Grade 8 /9 or 10 certificate
• Term 1 to 4 reports from the previous school attended. (This is compulsory)
• Letter from the Parents/ Guardian saying that they will pay their child’s School Fees. (Compulsory
• ID Photographs (2 copies) one must be attached on the application and the other to keep for enrollment form (compulsory)
• Letter from Parish Council/ Village Catechist/ Parish Priest
• Copy of Birth Certificate/ Evidence of Birth Date
• Letter of Interest from the student

 

2. For school leavers, you need to provide the following:

• Grade 8 /9 or 10 Certificate of Attainment
• Term 4 report from last school attended
• Letter from the Head Teacher of the last school attended (Compulsory)
• Letter from the Parents/ Guardian saying that they will pay their child’s School Fees. (Compulsory
• ID Photographs (2 copies) one must be attached on the application and the other to keep for enrollment form (compulsory)
• Letter from Parish Council/ Village Catechist/ Parish Priest
• Copy of Birth Certificate/ Evidence of Birth Date
• Letter of Interest from the student

 

Conditions

• In order to enroll every student is required to pay K500 as the first installment. It is compulsory for all students

• Every student is required to wear full school uniform, ID card, a pair of black shoes and white socks to school everyday

• School uniform  must be purchased from the school office. Enrolment form, Uniform, and School accessories is K300. this is separate from the school fees. The enrolment form will be issued upon the  payment of K300.
